A (not so) Merry Christmas

Me: ''Isn't our Christmas tree beautiful?''

''No.''

Me: ''You don't like it?! Why?''

''It makes me sad. Because it reminds me that you chose to spend Christmas with your family...''

''Instead of ME.''

Me: ''Ooooh, but I'll only be gone for a few days. And it's not like you're going to be alone here.''

''Just go. Have fun with your so-called family...''

Me: ''Don't be sad Mister M... I'm still here! I'm not leaving until tomorrow or the next day...''

''To me, it's like you've already gone.''

  1. Oh, how can she do that! I think you'd better make your opinion very clear and maybe "have a bit fun" with that tree...You know, someone wise said that everything is a cat toy!
Anyhow, have a very nice Christmas despite the untrustworthy humans!

    1. Owner couldn't leave today because of the snow/icestorm. Mouahaha!! Thinks for the tip, I'm waiting for her to leave so I can ''redecorate'' the tree. I wish you a very Merry Christmas too! I hope your humans stay with you, where they belong.

  2. That's the only bad thing about the holidays, Mister M. We're lucky...the peeps only leave us for a few hours. Maybe you could have some fun with that tree when your peep is gone. ;)

  3. Rollable breakables... Christmas trees are FULL of 'em! If you feel lonely and bored, think about that.
